Genesis Support Group

Genesis is a support group for parents who have a child/children with any kind of special need.

We aim to support the whole family by running -

• Parents/Carers coffee mornings (during term time only).
  
• Outings/activities for the whole family during the school holidays.
  
• Dads' support group.
  
• Occasional evenings out for parents.

Parent/Carer Coffe Mornings:

• Thursday 15th May (10am - 12 noon at The Coign)
  'Growing Together' - We will be looking at the sometimes delicate but vital relationship between parent and child as they grow from child to teenager with Parenting Course facilitator Christine Young.
• Thursday 5th June (10am - 12 noon at The Coign)
• Thursday 26th June (10am - 12 noon at The Coign)
  Jewellery / Bead Making Workshop with Linda Dalton on a pay as you make basis.
• Friday 4th July (10am - 12 noon at Huggetts)
  7 Ormonde Road, Horsell
• Friday 18th July (12 noon at Peter's Palace)
  Chertsey Road, Woking. Lunch time buffet, reasonably priced at around £9 per person

Creche:
A creche is available by arrangement for all coffee mornings at The Coign Church.
